When Fly Manistee recently announced that they would be slashing airfare costs for families looking for the ultimate in northern Michigan skiing and snowboarding this season, The Homestead just had to get involved.
This winter, round trip airfare from Chicago’s Midway International Airport to Manistee, Michigan will cut to an average cost of $129 to $249 per person. Fly Manistee is also waiving all baggage handling fees for skis and snowboards. But it gets even better.
Make the one-hour drive from Manistee Airport to The Homestead, and the savings will more than make up for the rental car fee if your family includes any skiers under the age of 17. That’s because The Homestead is also sweetening the deal with its Ski FREE! package.
This package includes two nights lodging in your choice of accommodation, and lift tickets for skiing and riding from arrival to departure. Each child 17 years old and under will receive a complimentary lift ticket for each paying adult included in the package.
